We are looking for a suitable candidate to develop and implement top-notch Marketing strategy aligned with our Group’s objectives and overall mission.
The Manager will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives and overseeing all aspects of the Group’s marketing functions including strategy, branding, campaign execution and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities :
· Design and lead the Group’s brand and marketing strategy on all areas of marketing.
· Communicate the Group’s competitive advantage using a wide range of communication media to create brand awareness, reinforce key messaging and enhance the company image to assist in achieving the company’s objectives.
· Determine and uses the most effective communication media to convey Group’s messaging and engage target audience.
· Manage a team across different geographies and channels, collaborating with the team to manage multiple work streams concurrently.
· Other duties as assigned.
Experience & Qualifications:
· Possess a Degree in Business. Master’s degree is a plus.
· Experience in branding through media such as LinkedIn, Twitter, WeChat, Telegram etc.
· Proven track record in selecting and managing partnered agencies and vendors who produced marketing materials and/or provide marketing support including PR agencies and etc.
· Ability to build and manage investor relationships including venture capital, secondary fund market funds, key opinion leaders and etc.
· Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies that have resulted in measurable business growth.
· Bilingual, proficient in English and Chinese language (spoken and written) as the job requires dealings with Chinese speaking Associates
