Job Description:
- Attend to inbound call/email enquiries and provision of advise to members of public.
- Deliver positive service experience, address queries effectively and accurately.
- Prompt escalation of requests for resolution where appropriate.
- Compile, record, input information accurately into relevant systems.
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
Working Arrangement:
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 6pm
Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Sat/Sun: Off
Contract Duration: Imm - Dec 2024
Salary: $2400-$3100/Month
Location: Near Maxwell
Job Requirement:
- Prior experience in customer service will be useful
