Job Description

- Position Title: Sales Support Coordinator
- Working Location: Penjuru Close
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Alternate Sat), Mon to Fri (8 am – 5 pm), Sat (8 am – 12 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales department in performing day-to-day operational tasks.
- Handle customers' enquiries/requests via phone calls and emails.
- Process paperwork, issue Sales Quotations, P/Os, Contracts, D/Os or other sales-related documentation.
- Follow up with overseas sales.
- Prepare inventory records for reporting purposes.
- Provide support and coordinate with inter-department to ensure smooth operation.
- Other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned.
