Job Duties:
- Overall office facility management
- Office Security related and PCSC administration (Resignation, Activation and Deactivation)
- Warehouse storage and all related processes
- Control of Office Assets and related matter
- Assist with monthly cleaning and stock check
- Vault duty roster
- Maintenance of office equipment
- Participate in annual DRP rehearsal, building fire drill exercise etc
- Self-Inspection Sheet - Classification & Appointment of Person in Charge
- Onsite Shredding Coordination and billing
- Manages Office Maintenance Contracts (Equipment & Cleaning)
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in Facilities Management or relevant related discipline from a recognized tertiary institute
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experiences in facilities management
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Highly motivated, meticulous and will to be cross trained in various aspects of facilities
- Team player with good communication skills and ability to liaise with all levels of people
- Proactive and independent
- Willing to work on weekends (if necessary; not always, only when needed)
