Job Description
- Work on deal sourcing
- Liaison with business partners and brokers
- Perform contracts negotiation
- Prepare deal related materials (e.g. documents, presentation) in Japanese for Japanese management
- Develop, maintain and strenghten relationship with external parties and Headquarters in Japan
- Contact point to Japan Headquartes
- Other Ad-hoc duties may be assigned by superior
Job Specification
- Possess at least Bachelor's degree in Finance, management or related discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in financial industry
- Able to work independently in fast paced and agile environment
- Team player and proactive
- Able to manage timelines and judge priorities
- Proficient in microsoft office
