Job Scope:
- Assist M/SM (HRM) in end-to-end recruitment including posting of
ads, shortlisting of candidates, scheduling of interview, conducting
reference checks, putting up for approval, making the formal offer and
submitting IT requests etc
- Assist in records management for new hires
- Assist in backlog of records management
- Stock-take physical pfiles
- Digitalisation project
- Assist in checking of temp billings
- Track & liaise with temp agencies for temp requirements
- Any other duties as assigned by HR team
Skills:
HR recruitment experience. Strong written and verbal communication.
Working Arrangement:
Monday – Thursday: 8.30am to 6.00pm & Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary:
$12-$15/hour
