Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with the company's objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and performance criteria.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to secure favourable agreements.
- Monitor vendor performance and address issues promptly.
- Conduct cost analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish budgetary constraints and guidelines.
- Draft, review, and administer contracts to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks associated with contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and supplier communications.
- Generate reports to track key performance indicators and procurement metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain / Purchasing / Procurement / Business Administration / Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in purchasing / procurement in the real estate / property industries
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to start work within short notice or immediately will be highly preferred
