Job Description:
- Attend to patients' care needs in their activities of living such as personal hygiene, bathing, feeding and toileting, skin care, lifting, mobilizing and transportation
- Assist eating and drinking of patients
- Take, record and report vital sign
- Observe general condition of patients
- Perform simple dressing
- Ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Possess HCA experience in hospital / nursing home
- Candidates with WSQ Nursing Care or Healthcare related Certification will be an advantage
