Job Description
- Coordinate the curation and uploading of learning materials for the training account
- Review suitability of the materials for the training account
- Prepare and disseminate publicity materials of the Online training account
- Tracking of usage of courses and prepare reports for various stakeholders
- Manage registration and payment of user accounts
- Track the renewal subscription of the learners' accounts
- Coordinate meetings with various stakeholders
- Provide secretariat support for meetings
- Manage user’s enquiries pertaining to the training account and course materials
- Review the feedback to improve the courses
- Perform other duties that assigned by the HOD and immediate supervisor
Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any discipline
- Minimum 2 years project management is preferred
- Independent, responsible, ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment
- Able to communicate and interact effectively with internal & external stakeholders
- Experience in using E learning resources
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Good organisational and planning skills
