Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing strategic plans to elevate airfreight operations, ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives.
- Supervising day-to-day airfreight import and export operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Driving operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness through process optimization initiatives.
- Cultivating and nurturing strong client relationships to meet their airfreight needs and promptly address any concerns.
- Tracking and reporting on electronic Air Waybill (E-AWB), FWB/FHL, and operational automation KPIs.
- Working cross-functionally to develop and execute a robust pricing strategy.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in air freight operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing airfreight import and export operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and achieve business objectives.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
