Our Client is a world renowned company, with a training academy with multiple different learning programs for their variety of customers. This role involves sourcing new leads, cold calling, networking, developing proposals, and offering suitable training programs to multinational companies / customers.
Responsibilities:
- Identify customers and target segments and establish business prospects to understand clients’ learning needs.
- Build and maintain relationship with key partners and be proactive for opportunities to introduce relevant Learning & Development services.
- Create marketing collaterals to support business development
- Collaborate with the training team on learning needs analysis, courseware development to ensure client requirements are met.
- Draft and negotiate contracts and service agreement with external organisation.
Requirements:
- Min. Degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent.
- Min. 3 years’ or more experience in B2B services, hunter sales with proven track record.
- Experience in stakeholder and client management with great communication skills.
- Thrives in a dynamic and client-focused environment
- 2 years direct contract, able to convert to permanent based on evaluation
