Job Description:
• Manage and audit existing creative workflows
• Oversees the development and implementation of systems and processes to support the
• organisation’s operations
• Manage the internal and external communications framework for agency operations
• Provide rigorous quantitative analysis and insights
• Support on regular strategic planning, forecasting and performance management
• processes
• Support on the formalization and deployment of the creative marketing agency management plan
• Handle budget planning for creative marketing projects
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies
• Identify, scope and socialize new opportunities for operational efficiency via process and tools
• Implementing innovation and critical thinking across all disciplines
• Provide opportunities for constructive creative operations feedback
• Project management of creative marketing projects
Job Requirements:
• Degree in any relevant discipline
• 10 to 15 years experience with in-depth understanding of operations, creative, project and account management
• Experience in controlling and managing budgets
• Adept in Adobe Creative Suite, campaign management and MS Office Tools
• Salary ranges between S$9,000 to S$12,000 per month
