- Tracking of contract activities, problem & incident tickets,
- Staff Onboarding / Off-boarding process
- Ensuring follow up for tech support with suppier
- Ensuring control-m changes are processed by raising remedy request
- Reviewing, improving, writing new Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), knowledge document, support document
- Monitoring payments and invoices
- Working closely with procurement for vendor contract management
- Communicate with business for Disaster Recovery (DR) activity
- Track CAPEX and OPEX (Capital & Operational Expenditure)
- Setup of meetings, capture minutes, follow ups with teams as required
- Supporting Service Recovery team with semi-technical tasks
