We are currently seeking a meticulous and hardworking HR and Admin Executive to be part of our Finance Department.
Main Responsibilities
A) Human Resources
- Performing HR full spectrum of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding and exit process, etc
- Ensure proper updating of employees’ P-files.
- Keep track of staff attendance and update leave records
- Process monthly payroll, claim expenses, and other Government related matters (e.g., CPF/IRAS submissions, employees’ income tax filing, NS claims)
- Responsible for work pass applications,renewals, cancellations, and security bond
- Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, birthday, promotion, salary increment, bonuses, and acceptance of resignation.
- Follow up with probationary employees’ respective department heads to gather feedback and input for the performance appraisal.
- Ensure Employee Handbook follows employment laws and regulations by staying up to date with changes and assisting in policy development.
- Attend to employees’ enquiries on welfare, benefits, and other HR related matters.
- Oversee daily operations of the HR function and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Director
B) Admin:
- Pantry and office supplies management
- Submission of product registrations (Certificate Free Sale)
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Responsible for any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Finance Director
Main Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel)
- Diploma preferably in Human Resources or related field
- Fresh Graduates with a major in HR are most welcome to apply
- Meticulous with an eye for detail
- Good interpersonal skills, proactive, self-motivation, and positive working attitude
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices
- Available to start within short notice.
