Business Support Executive

Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for providing business support assistance, corporate strategy(executional) support, and coordinating marketing communications for the CEO office. The role reports to CEO and involves handling various tasks and responsibilities in both offices to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations and the overall efficiency of the business and the responsibilities associated with the role :


Business Support:

  • Provide full secretarial and executive administrative support for the CEO and CSO (Chief Strategy Officer)
  • Detailed minute-taking during meetings and presentations during management meetings and when needed by CEO and/or CSO
  • Coordinate the corporate communication and prepare corporate presentations needed for internal purposes or external correspondence
  • Liaise with Legal Counsel and Regulatory Compliance on managing matters of the business
  • Manage scheduling, prioritization and preparation for all engagements and coordinate/plan travel schedules involving the CEO and CSO, and Senior Management Team(where needed)


Corporate Strategy Support:

  • Preparation/compilation of management reports, statistics, presentations, meeting agendas, as well as prepare presentation materials for strategic meetings
  • Support on corporate strategy project management and tasks
  • Understanding budgeting and expense management – financial acumen will be advantageous
  • Act as the prime interface to the CEO and working teams, specifically the senior leadership
  • Support marketing communications with the Marketing team in terms of project administration and
  • Organise CEO office events and team-building sessions
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the CEO


Requirements

  • Degree/ Diploma, Business or the Sciences
  • 3 to 5 years of working experience, preferably with the management level
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Words, Powerpoint, Excel etc) especially Excel and Powerpoint
