Responsibilities:
- Support the Performance and Controlling team in financial reporting, controlling, and bookkeeping for Singapore entity.
- Work closely with respective stakeholders to ensure the books and records are properly maintained in accordance with accounting practices and organizations guidelines. This includes performing financial month-end and quarter-end closing transactions and reporting.
- Responsible for monthly activities such as posting journal vouchers, monitoring actuals, and updating reporting tools.
- Coordinating with stakeholders and preparing files for budget submission on P&L, Balance Sheet, Free Cashflow level and further updating into the reporting tools.
- Fully drive the infrastructure cost reporting for the entity. Ensure correctness of charges by coordinating with respective parties and posting/ cross-charging ‘In’ and ‘Out’ within the Asia Pacific region as per service agreements.
- Assist in various reporting requirements and queries from Management, Accounting Hub, Head Quarters, Internal and External Auditor.
- Assist in organization’s Annual Reorganization activities.
- Assist on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance analysis tasks.
- Assist on ad-hoc reporting requirements from HQ, regional management, and other stakeholders.
- Support in the streamlining and harmonization of business administration processes and reporting landscape.
Requirement:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree and/or a master’s degree in accounting.
- Have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Possess advanced knowledge in Excel (formulas, Pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Knowledge of SAP is essential.
