About Our Client

Our Client is an influential organization dedicated to fostering wellness and advocating healthy lifestyles among diverse communities. They aim to maintain and improve their current performance both locally and regionally of which they are seeking for an Indirect Procurement Manager to be based at their HQ in Singapore.

Job Description

You will be reporting to the Head of Department directly.

Your responsibilities include:

  • To manage all tender processes across various indirect spend categories.
  • Be involved in end-to-end procurement activities including contract management to ensure continuity of essential services and supplies for the organisation.
  • Conduct comprehensive market sourcing initiatives and actively engage stakeholders to ensure well-informed sourcing decisions are made.
  • Employ data analytics tailored to business needs to craft robust sourcing strategies.
  • Harness supplier relationships to collect valuable market insights and innovative solutions.
  • Thoroughly evaluate procurement award recommendations before initiating approval processes.
  • Scrutinize contract failure points, pinpoint key risk indicators, and fortify risk mitigation plans.

The Successful Applicant

You should have a Diploma or a Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain related field and experience in an end-to-end procurement role. You must possess a deep understanding of project and contract management and good knowledge in GeBiz. You should have strong analytical and interpersonal skills; with the ability to work as a team in a multi-level and fast-paced organization.
