Job Responsibilities:
- Design and execution of sequencing based spatial omics experiment.
- Analysis of spatial omics data.
- Analysis of data from high throughput sequencing experiments, such as RNA-seq, Chip-seq, Hi-C, etc.
- On-the-job training will be provided.
Job Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:
- PhD in chemistry, biology, or related field.
- Good experimental/wet lab skills in conducting sequencing experiments.
- Knowledge of single-cell and spatial analysis is a plus. Willing to learn biological concepts.
