- Support with new hire recruiting, screening, interview scheduling, and all other related things.
- Perform orientation, prepare appointment letters and relevant documents for new hire.
- In-charge of handling work permit applications and related matters.
- Employee benefits administration includes medical records, insurance claims, a leave system, and a yearly leave projection.
- Develop and maintain records, ensure complete accuracy and confidentiality for all employees.
- Managing government funds and claims, administering, and organizing training sessions. (Maternity and Paternity Claims, etc.)
- Submission of overseas travel insurance claims and annual renewal.
- Manage business travel for employees, including flight and hotel reservations, as well as visa applications.
- Hands-on expertise with payroll calculations at the worker level, such as overtime calculation and claim verification.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- With Diploma or Higher in related field.
- At least 3+ years of experience in related working experience.
- Well-versed in MS Office Applications.
- Knowledge with HRMS System is a plus.
