Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage various building facility systems.
- Carry out maintenance programs to all building facilities.
- Implement Energy Efficiency and Sustainability.
- Coordinate and oversee the work of contractors, technicians and service providers.
- Perform site supervision, design and coordinate various M&E systems.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisors.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in related field
- Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) trained is preferred
- May require to work on Weekends when needed
