- Position Title: Sales Coordinator (Sales Admin)
- Working Location: West - Pioneer
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday: 8.30 am-6 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to SGD 2400 + AWS + Variable bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Assist, coordinate, implement, and oversee the sales process as directed by the Sales Manager
- Ensure the preparation and finalization of all sales inquiries and orders
- Understand the company’s products, including material specifications
- Familiarize yourself with the company’s production workflows
- Grasp the company’s strategic long-term and short-term aims
- Address and solve customer issues effectively with ideal resolutions
- Perform any extra responsibilities as assigned by Management
