Responsibilities
- Review legal documentation under Bilateral and Syndicated credit facilities and facility letters to ensure terms and conditions are in line with credit approvals
- Handle client’s utilisation requests and ensure facility limits and precedent conditions are met before loan disbursement
- Timely execution of all loan drawdown, rollover and other operational instructions to business support units, and to follow up, where necessary, on the execution
- Interact with RMs to follow up on outstanding documents/matters
- Ensure proper documentation and storage of loan documents
- Prepare regulatory and management reports
- Perform basic AML/KYC checks on clients
- Participate in system/process improvement projects and other duties as when assigned
Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 3 years of Credit Ops or Loan admin experience in a corporate banking environment
- Excellent team player with a keen eye for detail and good organizational skills
- Hands on loan processing experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
