Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute high-level fundraising strategies to achieve organizational financial objectives.

· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with major donors, institutional partners, and stakeholders.

· Lead and oversee comprehensive fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives.

· Manage a portfolio of top-tier donors, providing strategic engagement to enhance their commitment to the organization.

· Utilize advanced donor management systems to analyze and report on donor interactions, contributions, and overall engagement.

· Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align fundraising goals with organizational objectives.

· Provide strategic input on fundraising initiatives and contribute to the development of long-term donor relations plans.

· Mentor and guide a team of fundraising professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.

· Research and identify innovative funding sources, major gifts, and strategic partnerships.

· Prepare and present detailed reports on fundraising performance to the executive team and board of directors.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is highly desirable.

· Extensive experience in executive-level fundraising, donor management, and relationship management.

· Proven success in securing major gifts and managing high-profile donor relationships.

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with high-net-worth individuals and institutional partners.

· Strong strategic thinking and the ability to align fundraising efforts with broader organizational goals.

· Proficiency in utilizing advanced donor management systems and related technologies.

· Leadership experience at an executive level, demonstrating the ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team.
