1. Job Responsibilities
Provide assistance and plan programs for Community Service Department beneficiaries
- To attend to beneficiary applications’ and follow up including reviewing of submissions and requesting for additional documents
- To support in communicating with beneficiaries on the distribution arrangements and enquiries
- To assist and implement programs activities with other team members
- To collaborate with relevant agencies for beneficiary’s programs
- To plan and execute on logistic matters for monthly food ration distribution
- To manage data in the CRM system
Project & Events
- To source, negotiate and manage vendors
- To co-ordinate with relevant parties, and monitor the implementation of projects & events
- To carry out any other relevant tasks as required by Management
2. Requirements
- Min. “N” or “O” levels
- Preferably with Min. 1 year of relevant experience.
- Entry level welcome
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Pro-active, a good team player and able to work independently.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Sensitive to clients’ needs.
- Strong attention to detail and has the ability to work efficiently, accurately, as well as to follow up on pending items in a timely manner.
3. Work Schedule
5 days work week
