Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails, providing necessary information.
- Organize, file, and archive important documents and reports for easy access when needed.
- Operate preliminary bookkeeping processes, including organizing receipts, inputting data into the system, categorizing expenses, entering transactions into ledgers, confirming payment accuracy.
- Support for the work pass application and renewal of existing work passes.
- Support hiring processes by coordinating interviews, managing applicant records.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, preparing necessary documentation, providing orientation etc.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, including logging working hours and managing leave requests.
- Manage the ordering and inventory of office supplies and equipment, coordinate maintenance, ensuring smooth office operations.
- Manage the manager's schedule, coordinate meetings, and schedule important events, making adjustments as necessary.
- Organize and file the data for the active fund.
- Fee calculation of our funds to be paid by our counterparties or we pay to our counterparties.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in financial industry, prefarabily in asset management company.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Accounts Assistant, or in a similar role.
