At a glance

Reporting to the Finance Manager/Accountant/Senior, you will provide financial, clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient, timely and accurate financial information in the Finance Department.


About the role

  • Handle restaurant enquiries, resolves billing discrepancies and disputes
  • Manage finance emails
  • Liaise with restaurant for outstanding invoices and bills
  • Maintain accounts receivable and payable customer files and records
  • Verify and check payments prepared, and ensure timely payment
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

What are we looking for? (Requirements)

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting/Business Administration or similar discipline
  • Willing to work hard in a fast-paced environment and have a lot of fun!
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and produce accurate and detailed work with quick turnaround
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Gmail management
  • Customer service oriented with good verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem analysis and problem solving skills
  • A team player with high stress tolerance and sense of urgency

- Hourly pay, 5 days work week.
