Job Description
- Maintain Health Standards, personal hygiene and correct attire
- Report on defective equipment and sanitation of kitchen facilities
- Professional chefs grooming standards to be on track
- Observes movement of menu items, anticipates and recommends changes to meet rising member’s expectation
- To carry out other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
- To provide a courteous and professional service at all times
- Maintains and follows through on proper maintenance and sanitation of kitchen equipment and facilities
- To work shift or split shift duty, depending on the needs of the business
Job Requirements
- Basic food hygiene certified
- Able to converse and write in English
- 2 – 3 years’ F&B in similar position
- Basic knowledge on Western, Asian & Local Cuisine
- Knowledge of dietary requirements
- Basic Computer skills and English Language
