Responsibilities:
- Engaging with customers to address inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and accurately. Providing information and assistance on quotations and operational matters in a timely manner to uphold excellent customer service standards
- Handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and facilitating shipment activations, including cross-trade shipments
- Coordinating with customers for their incoming, outgoing, and cross-trade shipments, ensuring smooth logistics operations.
- Completing all required documentation accurately and on time, maintaining meticulous records to support efficient logistics operations.
- Handling customer issues promptly and effectively, taking appropriate actions to prevent recurrence. Escalating complex issues to relevant stakeholders as needed.
- Ensuring accurate data entry and reporting, maintaining up-to-date records to support decision-making and performance analysis.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Good working attitude with a positive customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic experience in sea/air shipment procedures is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and accountability.
- Willingness to commit to overtime when required to meet business needs.
