Securities Operations Analyst
Our client is a local bank.
Job Description:
• Attached to the Private Wealth Operations Team
• Processing of securities trade settlement
• Fund reporting of trades
• Reconciliation
• Ensure timely update of trades in system
• Check and process all trades and ensure all details are correctly posted.
• Liaise with custodian in the event of trade discrepancies and non-receipt of confirmations
• Liaise with dealers and Front Office for any trade discrepancies
• Create and automate Excel templates to track and organize daily trade data to lower failing trades
Job Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in any relevant discipline
• 4 to 8 years of relevant securities processing/settlements/trade processing experience
• Salary ranges between S$5,000 to S$7,000 per month
