Responsibilities:
- Lead all financial reporting and accounting operations for Singapore entities, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
- Ensure prompt submission of management and statutory financial reports, accompanied by thorough financial analysis.
- Oversee cash flow planning and manage bank-related matters effectively.
- Coordinate budgeting and forecasting exercises to optimize financial performance.
- Develop and implement policies and processes to adapt to evolving business activities, ensuring robust control measures.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements, including Ministry of Law guidelines such as PSPM, ROP & AML.
- Manage annual insurance renewal and coverage arrangements.
- Liaise with banks, external auditors, tax consultants, and corporate secretarial agents.
- Setup new entities and strategize accounting structures.
Requirements:
- Posses Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or CPA qualification
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience
- Analytical, meticulous and a strong communicator
