Responsibilities:
- To lead the safe, secure, and efficient operation of the Distribution Centres (DCs) in SEA through recruitment, development, and motivation of staff to continually improve processes and performance that support the achievement of strategic objectives in respect of service, quality and cost.
- Working closely and aligned with the regional and global inventory team. Accountable for delivering an effective and efficient implementation of a specific inventory and S&OP strategy within the markets
- Adopt a continuous improvement approach to optimise service and quality while minimising cost.
- Provide clear leadership developing a high performing and highly engaged team.
- Support the development of the existing facility to maximise capacity.
- Ensure compliance with all legislative and statutory requirements.
- Delivery of a strong health and safety culture within DC
- Route optimization to reduce lead-time, consolidation opportunities to reduce freight spend
- Manage Facilities while involving Global Facilities Function.
- Work across DC network to provide lowest cost and highest practical customer service levels.
- Always maintain a safe working environment, minimising risks and delivering high standards of housekeeping, developing a strong Health and Safety culture.
Requirements:
- Degree in Supply Chain / Engineering
- At least 10 years of experience
- Understanding of SEA Customs Regulations and Transportation Network
