Role and Responsibilities
1. Manage multiple security enhancement projects and responsible for the execution from planning to initiation to completion.
2. Determine project goals to ensure the project supports business and cybersecurity objectives and strategies.
3. Communicate project objectives junctures to obtain buy in from all stakeholders
4. Implement and configure CyberArk solutions to secure and manage privileged accounts and credentials.
5. Administer and maintain CyberArk components, including the Vault, Central Policy Manager (CPM), Password Vault Web Access (PVWA), and Privileged Session Manager (PSM).
6. Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate CyberArk into existing infrastructure and applications.
7, Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with security policies and industry regulations
8. Act as a CyberArk SME and provide technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues related to CyberArk components
9. Manage cybersecurity standard and policies framework for security awareness training
10. Manage vendor to deliver projects, change requests and service requests on time to meet overall project goals.
11. Ensure smooth transition from project delivery to operations.
12. Oversee the day-to-day management of Security Operations.
Requirements / Qualifications
1. Degree in IT or equivalent
2. Knowledge of CyberSecurity GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance), with at least 6-8 years within IT industry, with at least 2-3 years of relevant hands-on experience in security governance, risk management, application security design, security project management or security operation.
3. Solid understanding of SDLC and experience through minimum 5 full project lifecycles.
4. Good grasp of IT technologies, methodologies and best practices.
5. Experience in one or more of the following types of project implementations: web-based applications, UI/Mobile, DevSecOps, IAM project.
6. Possess leadership qualities and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different groups of stakeholders.
7. Strong critical skills such as collaboration, oral, written and verbal communication skills and analytical capability.
8. Increased acumen for planning, strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
9. Strong planning, time management, risk management and risk articulation skills.
10. People, result, and customer oriented with multi-tasking capabilities.
11. Able to work under pressure.
12. Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment and be a good team player.
13. Healthcare domain knowledge would be an advantage.
14. Knowledge of GCSOC is preferred.
