Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and detailed take-offs of all quantities required.
- Seek and negotiate with suppliers and contractors for the best prices and terms to ensure cost efficiency
- and project profitability
- Compile and submit quotations for projects, including all necessary materials and services.
- Oversee and manage the preparation of tender documents, including ensuring compliance with all
- regulations and standards.
- Evaluate and analyze tender submissions, including conducting site visits.
- Participate in meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Carry out awarding of contract.
- Accurately certify and validate progress claims submitted by contractors.
- Take responsibility for managing the final account.
- Prepare quotations for additional works and services that may be required during the construction
- process.
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma, Degree or Higher in Architecture, Quantity Survey, Real Estate, Building.
- With 4-6 years of relevant working experience in a similar industry.
