Technical Project Manager | Fullstack | SDLC

Job Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, leveraging expertise in full stack software engineering.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to design scalable and robust solutions using technologies such as React.js, Node.js, Docker, Amazon EKS, and PostgreSQL.
- Drive innovation by staying updated with emerging technologies and advocating for their adoption where appropriate.
Software Development Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and Agile methodologies.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, prioritizing features and tasks effectively.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high code quality standards are maintained throughout the development process.
Infrastructure Management:
- Manage infrastructure deployment and configuration using Docker and Amazon EKS, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security of applications.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment processes and automate infrastructure provisioning.
Quality Assurance and Testing:
- Implement strategies for comprehensive testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing.
- Work closely with QA teams to establish testing frameworks and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Continuous Improvement:
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the development team, encouraging feedback, and implementing process enhancements.
- Identify opportunities to optimize existing systems and processes, driving efficiency and innovation.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
- Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Communicate technical concepts and project updates effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full stack software engineering, with proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Docker, Amazon EKS, and PostgreSQL.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex software projects from conception to delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate technical challenges and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
