Human Resource Executive

Are you an HR professional with a passion for employee well-being and organizational excellence? Are you adept at handling diverse responsibilities and thrive in a dynamic work environment? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Human Resource Executive in one of our subsidiary located in western part of Singapore.


Responsibilities

  • Manage workers' accommodation, sourcing options, negotiating contract terms with vendors, and ensuring the proper upkeep of units
  • Handle workers' medical needs, liaising with healthcare providers on staff medical checkups and billing matters
  • Oversee recruitment activities, implementing effective sourcing and screening processes, coordinating interviews, and managing placements
  • Facilitate all aspects of new hires' onboarding activities, including creating staff personal files and ensuring timely updates in Asana
  • Maintain and update staff records accurately and in a timely manner
  • Develop and implement training and development plans for all staff, coordinating in-house training materials and following up on training grants applications
  • Coordinate inter-departmental communication on training needs and initiatives
  • Organize corporate events, annual celebrations, and handle event logistics
  • Manage ISO administrative processes, ensuring compliance with relevant standards


Requirement

  • Certificate or Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of related working experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills / easily connects with people
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain vendor relationships
  • Proven experience in accommodation management, medical liaison, recruitment, training coordination, event management, and ISO administration
  • Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work with minimum supervision
  • Meticulous, resourceful with a positive work attitude
