- Handles sales enquiries, follow up and close deals.
- Execute, Implement marketing plans and strategies.
- Coordinate properties viewing arrangement with current tenants and potential clients and showcase property features to potential clients.
- Prepares sales documents (quotation, service agreement and invoice) to be vetted by Senior Executive before forwarding to clients. To follow up on timely payment from Client.
- Coordinate guests check in/out process with other relevant departments.
- Handles client complaint and feedback. Target to resolve issues raised, with consultation with superior in order to maintain exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with corporate or individual clients, travel agencies, and other key stakeholders to secure business partnership.
- Monitor market trends, other competitor activities.
- Update and monitor social media platform and OTA/booking platforms.
- Monitor and manages from inventory and prices to optimize occupancy and revenue
- Assists with operational exigencies and longer work hours may be required from time to time.
