Key Responsibilities
- Performs month-end closing activities and reporting
- Support global overseas initiative and provide guidance to outsource accounting team in operational financial matters
- Provides financial analysis to management and business units
- Performs data consolidation and analysis for regional reporting
- Prepares cash flow forecast analysis
- Ensure compliance with legal accounting policies, compliance with group reporting principles as well as legal and regulatory requirement
- Recommend process improvement initiatives to improve financial procedures
- Support internal stakeholders (Corporate finance, Business Finance, Tax) on management and statutory reporting
- Liaise with external legal counsel to manage corporate secretarial matters for South East Asia entities (Singapore, Malaysia, and Philippines)
- Support necessary finance requirement for oversea expansion
- Support and undertake adhoc assignment and projects as assigned

Additional Job Description
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or Professional Accounting Qualification
- At least 3 years of working experience,
- Experience in SAP ECC is preferred
- Advance Excel skills (pivot, vlookup, etc), Power Bi and Tableu would be an advantage
- Experience with audit or manufacturing exposure would be an advantage
- Ability to work with people in different levels of the organization
- Meticulous and with eyes for details
- Strong financial analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and as a team in a fast paced environment
