Apple is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Mac Product Marketing Manager for Southeast Asia. This role will be based out of Singapore.
The Product Marketing Manager will own and drive the product centric marketing strategy for Mac across Southeast Asia. You will be part of a team of product experts who champion products within their respective markets and seek innovative ways to keep our products at the heart of the customer conversation.
Continuous improvement of product launches, comprehensive business and market analytics, instinctive insights and the discipline to focus are valued attributes. The Product Marketing Manager will have a deep understanding of the product, portfolio and marketing strategy, twinned with the ability to execute for results.
The Product Marketing Manager must have the ability to work collaboratively with other critical functions, Marcom, PR, Finance and Sales, to articulate and shape the opportunity ahead for their product line of business and communicate region-unique requirements for current and future products in a coherent way to multiple stakeholders across the globe as well as the US.

Key Qualifications
- Articulate the Mac product opportunity in market and provide product insight and leadership from introduction through end-of-life to both the Marketing and Sales organizations
- Execute Mac, macOS and Pro apps launches across Southeast Asia with excellence every time
- Contribute to the annual Southeast Asia Marketing plan, outlining key opportunities and priorities for growth and category leadership, synthesizing research and business insights, and driving in-market execution for Mac across key countries
- Liaise with worldwide Product Marketing and Engineering on local Mac business needs and feature requirements, influencing the product roadmap and making clear recommendations to improve the overall customer experience
- Become a visible and vocal member of the international Mac Product Marketing team
- Be the guardian of product messaging and positioning across all key customer touch points, advancing the cause of excellence.
- Possess expert knowledge of competitive and third party products, software applications and market trends across consumer, enterprise and education segments.
Key Competencies
- 7+ years of product management and marketing experience in related industries
- Flexibility to travel (up to 50% of the time)
- Instinctive ability to be the voice of the consumer
- Excellent analytical skills
- Depth of technical awareness, able to translate features into consumer benefits and vice versa
- Strategic planning expertise
- Superior oral and written storytelling and presentation capabilities in English
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia to support Indonesian market
- Negotiation skills
Description
- Provide Mac product leadership from product introduction to end-of-life for our Southeast Asia business, supporting business and marketing reviews as needed
- Support Mac, macOS and Pro Apps launches with press, partner and customer-facing staff
- Contribute to the annual research and marketing plan, articulating and validating the opportunity and priorities for the overall Mac category across key Southeast Asia countries, subsequently driving and supporting in-market execution as needed
- Liaise with worldwide Product Marketing and Engineering teams on relevant local business needs and feature requirements, influencing the product roadmap through clear recommendations that improve overall customer experience across hardware, software and services
- Become a visible and vocal member of the international Mac Product Marketing team
- Be the guardian of product messaging and positioning across all key customer touch points, advancing the cause of excellence
- Possess expert knowledge of competitive and third party products, applications and market trends across related consumer, enterprise and education segments
Education
Bachelor’s degree required. MS/MA/MBA preferred but not conditional.
