We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Manager, Thrive Benefits.
Principal Responsibilities
- Strategy setting: Developing and setting overall global and local scale-up strategy for Thrive
- Target Operating Model: Developing targeting operating model across all key functional areas including technology, go-to-market, marketing, compliance; including global and local roles
- Operations and Execution: Driving detailed operational model for GTM operations (e.g., sales & distribution model)
- Risk Management / Compliance: Managing overall controls for thrive risk management including approvals and audit support
- Technology Vendor Management: Driving vendor Masters Service Agreement (MSA) related approvals and monitoring (e.g., cybersecurity, data visa)
- P&L / financials: Managing the financials and KPI reporting for Thrive
Qualifications
- Degree Holder
- Stakeholder Management: Responsible for senior stakeholder management, and engaging for compliance/ 1lod/2lod approvals
- Leadership: Leading on key initiatives from end-to-end so they are presentable to senior stakeholders and develop workable solutions for Thrive
- Collaboration: Collaborating across global functions, lines of businesses, and geographies to deliver the leading
- Communication: Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Change management: Helping managing change within team and with stakeholders
