BIM Engineer

Job Description

• Report to Project Manager Scope of Building Services, Airconditioning and Mechanical (M&E, ACMV) works in construction field, for project management.
• Understanding of ACMV engineering and contractual requirements
• Work with design department to ensure compliance of engineering and safety requirement through design.
• Attend to contractual, cost, schedules, coordination, progress monitoring and project completion
• Manage information and data assets for the purpose of coordination with stake holders on Building Information Model.
• Preferred area of experiences:

1. Hospitals, Labs, Operating theatres, etc
2. Commercial or industrial building – Warehouses, factories , etc
3. Government projects
4. Data centers
5. Good language capability (English) both in written and spoken
6. Strong independence and leadership in teamwork environment.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical engineering or related, must have project acmv experience
• Degree in Sustainable Infrastructure may apply, fresh grads welcomed
• Safety certified, minimum Bizsafe level 2, training will be provided if do not possess this qualification.
• Good language capability (English) both in written and spoken
• Strong independence and leadership in teamwork environment.
• Able to move around locally across various sites.
• Knowledge in BIM is added advantage but not a must, inexperienced must be willing to learn as part of the scope of the work with traininng provided.
