About the team
Responsible for requirement analysis and strategy optimization of Big Language Model, responsible for data quality and model effect, and working with multiple teams such as evaluation and R & D to improve model effect
Responsibilities:
1. Gaining direct experience in data production processes, including drafting, revising, and quality-checking, to understand the synergy between humans and data in LLM training.
2. Working closely with the leadership and HR team to design effective feedback loops for accelerating the professional growth of annotation specialists.
3. Supporting team members across different countries and continents with robust leadership skills and behaviors.
4. Managing the day-to-day operation process of annotation specialists.
Qualifications
1. Professional proficiency in English. Multilingual candidates are preferred.
2. Excellent leadership experience in operation management, especially with global teams, teams larger than 50 people, and in operations at leading AI/LLM companies.
3. Comfort in seeking a balance between employees' individual interests and organizational goals.
4. A deep interest in LLMs, human behavior, and user experience is essential. The ideal candidate should be an enthusiastic learner, engaged with diverse case studies and annotators.
