Job Description
- Execute procurement and sales of Cement/Slag/Suplimentary Cementitious Materials.
- Execute shipping Charter Party agreements.
- Execute delivery of cargo including the preparation of shipping documents/internal application/contract/payment.
- To research and report about the latest ESG market and technology.
- To support Section manager by reviewing and monitoring the section's perforance and prepare necessary documents to present/report to company.
Job Requirement
- Experience in Cement / Slag trading industry.
- Experience in Bulk vessel chartering / operation.
- Excellent knowledge and relationship with Japanese Cement / Steel / Shipping industries.
- Excellent knowledge and relationship with Asian Cement / Steel / Shipping industries.
- Excellent knowledge in Products (Cement / Slag/ Suplimentary Cementitious Materials / ESG materials).
- Excellent ability to converse in business Japanese language to liaise with internal and external Japanese counterparts.(at least, holding JLPT N1 level)
- Basic knowledge for finance / account / legal / PC (microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Excellent knowledge for physical commodity trading and LC transaction.
- Capability of frequent overseas business trip to any part of the world.
- Excellent communication skills including the proven ability to effectively convey information and ideas clearly in both written and verbal means to management /Dept staffs /clients / shipping companies.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify and define problems, extract key information from clients/shipping companies, verify cause of problem and develop feasible solutions to resolve problems identified.
- Capability of coaching and motivating Dept staffs for better performance and contributions.
- Open minded and hard working against new challenging environment.
- Able to adjust and work smoothly with multicultural environment.
