Adecco is partnering with a well-known Supply Chain and Logistics company.
This role reports to the C&B Manager and will play a crucial part in analyzing and developing strategic compensation and benefits policies to ensure the company's continued competitiveness.
The Job
- Collaborate closely with the manager to develop performance management policies.
- Develop compensation structures based on market trends.
- Advise line managers on performance management and compensation & benefits.
The Talent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors
