We are representing an International Bank Client who is looking to hire a RM in their private banking unit.
Job Description:
- Understanding Client Requirements: As a Relationship Manager, you need to thoroughly understand the financial needs and goals of your clients. This includes assessing their risk tolerance, investment preferences, and overall financial situation.
- Superior Service: Providing excellent customer service is crucial. You’ll be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their queries promptly, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Market Updates and Portfolio Management: Regularly updating clients on financial market developments is essential. Additionally, you’ll manage clients’ investment portfolios, making informed recommendations based on market trends and their individual circumstances.
- Acquiring High Net-Worth Clients: Part of your role is to actively acquire new high net-worth clients. This involves prospecting, networking, and building relationships with potential customers.
- Existing Relationship Management: Besides acquiring new clients, you’ll also nurture existing relationships. This includes providing personalized financial advice, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their financial goals are met.
- Product Knowledge: Having a sound understanding of banking products and services, including investment products like unit trusts, bancassurance, and treasury products, is crucial.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the private banking and financial services industry.
- A recognized university degree.
- Possession of CMFAS certification (M1, M5, M6, M6A, M8, M8A, M9, M9A & HI)
- Possession of CACS Paper 1 & 2 certification
- Proficient in Chinese language to speak with Chinese clients
