Service Coordinator

Value Plus Engineering Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  • To assist in liaison with sub-contractors, suppliers and vendors.
  • Responsible in planning maintenance schedule and monitor the schedule to ensure that works are completed within stipulated schedules with skill, efficiency and quality.
  • General administrative works.
  • Preparation of maintenance schedule after the project handover form signed off by client and received from respective project engineers within two weeks’ time.
  • Prepare quotation and costing for minor works, Adhoc works & maintenance.
  • Assist in building Permit-To-Work submission & worker security clearance for all the maintenance works and minor works.
  • To maintain stock record.
  • All other adhoc duties as instructed by the superior.

Requirements:

  • Minimum ITE / Diploma
  • 2-3 years of related experience
  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel
  • Good Verbal and written communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice
