Responsibilities:
- To assist in liaison with sub-contractors, suppliers and vendors.
- Responsible in planning maintenance schedule and monitor the schedule to ensure that works are completed within stipulated schedules with skill, efficiency and quality.
- General administrative works.
- Preparation of maintenance schedule after the project handover form signed off by client and received from respective project engineers within two weeks’ time.
- Prepare quotation and costing for minor works, Adhoc works & maintenance.
- Assist in building Permit-To-Work submission & worker security clearance for all the maintenance works and minor works.
- To maintain stock record.
- All other adhoc duties as instructed by the superior.
Requirements:
- Minimum ITE / Diploma
- 2-3 years of related experience
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel
- Good Verbal and written communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
