General Manager will lead a team, develop, and implement strategic plans, and ensure the achievement of business objectives. Your role involves overseeing various departments, managing resources, and fostering a positive working environment.
You will also -
- Oversee business strategy, budget planning, team building, and performance management for all operations in Singapore
- Execute strategic business plans toward achieving the revenue and profit objectives
- Coordinate with all internal stakeholders to meet monthly and quarterly targets
- Manage all online and offline sales channels in the Singapore market from end to end
- Own all aspects of the retail and e-commerce operations including retail sales, customer service, inventory management, logistics, visual merchandising, and so on
- Manage the customer service operations and lead the team to achieve NPS targets
- Acquire and develop new retail sales channels and sales partnerships
- Oversee the marketing function and lead the marketing team to decrease the cost of user acquisition and increase customer lifetime value
- Build a strong culture with a workforce that can evolve, adapt, and upgrade while maintaining the highest standard in product and service
- Build a strong team that breathes and embraces the corporate values
We would want to speak with you if you are/have –
- A start-up/growth scale-up mindset, flexible, and open to adapt to changing requirements when needed; roll-up-your-sleeves mindset
- Passionate about consumer products that impact people’s lives
- At least 10 years of experience as a General Manager for a consumer brand
- Strong leadership skills and relationship-building skills
- Hands-on experience managing large-scale retail and e-commerce operations
- Able to both think strategically and execute on the ground
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
