We are seeking detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist in ensuring seamless customer interactions and providing support to our customers. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and sheduling appointments for technicians.
- Promptly respond to client emails and calls, taking immediate and effective action to address their needs.
- Coordinate all aspects related to customer interactions, including providing necessary documentation, generating reports, and addressing customer inquiries.
- Consolidate reports for clients and/or invoicing purposes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain good rapport with both new and existing clientele.
Requirements
- Proficient in Office 365, Microsoft Excel and Words.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player with minimal supervision.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of pest control and/or facility management is an advantage.
