Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall planning & coordination of development works from tender, concept, design, construction to completion
- Plan, implement and monitor the work schedules according to the master and detailed work programmes
- Prepare progress reports, work method statements and forecasts
- Main point of contact and liaison between project teams and the client's representatives, consultants and relevant authorities
- Coordinate with subcontractors and construction teams
- Manage budget and ensures it achieves beyond target profit margin
- Check plans, drawings and quantities for execution and monitoring of works on site
- Resolve drawing discrepancies and technical issues with technical team
- Co-ordinate the handing over of completed works to the client and completion of the necessary rectification works
- Any other duties to be assigned from time to time
