- Evaluate and revise procurement terms and conditions for the purchase of goods and/or services.
- Head the contract negotiation and supplier management process to guarantee quality and cost-effectiveness (pricing) for the delivery of goods and/or services.
- Establish and maintain list of Approved Vendors. (Demand Aggregate Contracts across multiple project site)
- Generate Procurement Evaluation Reports for management approval(s).
- Examine and suggest updates for Procurement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and the e-Procurement System.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- At least 7 years of procurement experience
- Ability to handle large volume transactions
- Hands-on experience with ERP and e-Procurement system
