We are looking for Senior Supervisor to oversee construction
projects and supervise the construction team. To be succesful
as a Senior Supervisor, you will need to be detail-oriented and
knowledgeable of building codes and construction safety
regulations. Ultimately, Senior Supervisor should be able to
interpret building plans, carry out practical works when
needed as well as demonstrate exceptional leadership,
communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
-Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
-Supervising and instructing construction teams as well as subcontractors.
-Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
-Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
-Handling site accidents in accordance with establised accident protocol.
-Evaluating performance of construction employees.
-Analyse blueprints to ensure construction projects meet design,safety, and budget presentations.
-Assisting with hands on practical construction works (hacking, partition works, installation of windows and frame
etc) when needed.
-Able to work nights, weekends or holidays when needed
(chasing deadlines etc)
Requirements
-Diploma or Equivalent Certificate related to construction/building works.
-Proven working experience as Senior Supervisor (min 2 years)
-Working knowledge of construction tools and equipments.
-Ability to analyse and interpret blueprints.
-Outstanding leadership skills.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent organisational and communication skills.
